What is Not Included

• Marketing or Promotional Content are not allowed through transactional routes.
• Refund or exchange of other services is not possible.
• Against 1000 emails 1 spam compliant allowed.
• If more compliant comes account will be blocked by ISP automatically.
• Credits will not be refunded.
• Keep high reputation.
• Maximum 3% bounce rate only allowed.
• All account blocking maintain by automated star based reputation score system.

Main Points to Note

• Only one SPAM complaints allowed for thousand emails.
• Only three complaints allowed for hundred emails
• You are domain should not be blacklisted.
• Only official email id can be used for creating account (eg xxx@yourdomain.com)
